From sheet to signature piece.

Design review, cutting, thermoforming, assembly, finishing and installation: a Casablanca workshop to turn Kerrock into architecture.

A workshop devoted to detail.

Kerrock can be cut, thermoformed, welded and sanded: that is what makes continuous worktops, integrated basins and sculpted volumes possible.

Nova Surface Maroc fabricates these pieces in Casablanca, close to your sites, with a single point of contact from design review to installation.

Six steps, one standard.

The journey of a Kerrock piece, from the first conversation to delivery on site.

  1. Advice & design review

Plans, site constraints and shade selection: together we define the thickness, finishes and exact dimensions.

  2. CNC cutting

Sheets are cut to order, including cut-outs for basins, sinks and hobs.

  3. Thermoforming

Heated, the material takes on curves and volumes that stone or laminate cannot.

  4. Seamless assembly

Sheets, sinks and basins are welded then sanded until they disappear: a single continuous surface.

  5. Finishing & polishing

Progressive sanding and polishing to the chosen finish, for a perfectly uniform result.

  6. On-site installation

Our team installs and adjusts the piece on site, coordinating with the other trades.

Precision and control.

The quality of a solid surface piece is decided in the details: sheet alignment, invisible joints, regular edges and a uniform finish.

  • Preparation

Site measurements and plan validation before any cutting.

  • Assembly

Thermal welding and sanding until the joint disappears.

  • Control

Finish checked on the piece before delivery.
