Consultation & design
We review your plans or visit your site, advise on the right Kerrock colour and thickness, and confirm exact dimensions.

Cutting & thermoforming
Sheets are CNC-cut and, where needed, heated and thermoformed into curved or three-dimensional shapes.

Seamless assembly
Sinks, basins and panel joints are thermally welded and sanded until invisible, then polished to a uniform finish.

Installation & care
Our team installs on site and provides maintenance guidance — Kerrock can be resanded and restored for decades of use.
